Mara forest stawberry jam

Fauchon's Mara des bois strawberry jam combines softness and sweetness to delight your taste buds. Fauchon's traditional recipe sublimates the natural sweetness of the Mara des bois strawberry while preserving its melt-in-the-mouth flavour. With its carefully selected varieties of strawberries, it offers a perfect texture and an exceptional flavour reminiscent of our grandmother's homemade strawberry jam.

Our traditional jam recipe

To enhance the quality of the fruit, Fauchon perpetuates tradition by cooking it slowly, in small quantities, with cane sugar in copper cauldrons. This ancestral method brings out the caramelised, honeyed flavours that are the signature of Fauchon jams.

With Fauchon Mara des bois strawberry jam, you no longer need to light a candle to fill the room with fragrance. Its woody fragrance, instantly recognisable, will envelop the atmosphere to create a fruity and cosy ambience. Every spoonful brings back memories of childhood, when afternoons were filled with snacks on the grass and laughter in the sunshine. Strawberries are the perfect companions for those carefree moments. That's why, when made into jam, they're often the unanimous favourite, bringing generations together around a timeless, comforting taste. Mara des bois knows how to find its way into the secret corners of your garden to remind you of those summer days when children ran barefoot through the grass, their cheeks reddened by the sun.

Fauchon Strawberry Mara des Bois Jam, the guardian of sweet memories, invites you to share or relive those precious moments with your loved ones in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

But this jam doesn't just delight the palate: it tells a story. Each jar bears witness to the intimate link between nature and traditional craftsmanship. It's a hymn to simplicity and elegance, a gentle reminder that the most authentic pleasures are often the simplest. With Mara des bois strawberry jam, Fauchon offers you much more than a culinary delight: it's a genuine sensory and emotional experience that warms the heart, to be savoured not just once in a while, but every moment of the day.
