BISOU BISOU tea specialty

BISOU BISOU Fauchon jelly embodies the passion and audacity of the house. Inspired by the signature pastry of Grand Café Fauchon, this creation combines the sweetness of strawberry and raspberry purée with the freshness of peppermint, mulberry leaf and cornflower petals. The infusion of Fauchon BISOU BISOU tea, with its natural aromas, adds lightness, while Espelette pepper enhances the preparation with a spicy note. Fruits are meticulously selected at the right stage of ripeness to preserve and intensify their flavors and aromas. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, Fauchon perpetuates the tradition of slow cooking in small batches, using cane sugar in copper cauldrons. This ancestral method brings out the caramelized, honeyed notes that are the signature of Fauchon jams.

Reading the jam
BISOU BISOU, the thousand-faceted Gourmandise, knows how to cuddle your senses with its refined, daring character. When you smell it for the first time, it will seem familiar, like the scent of an old friend you haven't met for a long time. Then it will caress your taste buds with the sweetness of red berries and the freshness of peppermint. At that very moment, you'll feel as if a dewdrop is rolling down your cheek, like a stolen kiss. It's her, for sure, the one who whispers happy promises with every spoonful. Her vanilla heart embraces you tenderly around the mulberry leaf and wins your trust. Then, just when you think you know her, she lets her warmth slowly unfold until it tingles your lips. And that's when you'll find yourself smiling. You'll have been won over by its mysterious mischievousness, hidden in a hint of Espelette chilli pepper.

BISOU BISOU Fauchon has more than one trick up its sleeve and will never cease to amaze you. But once you've discovered all its secrets, you'll be able to brag about it at family gatherings or with friends, and be sure to cause a sensation.
